Article 1 (Consent to Collection, Use and Processing of Personal Information)
① The Company collects and uses only the minimum personal information necessary to provide the ND CAREON+ service and does not use it for purposes other than those set forth below.
- Member registration and identity verification, verification of institutional affiliation, and maintenance of member status
- Product orders, payment processing, shipping, exchange and refund processing
- Customer consulting and notification transmission
- Event and promotion notices (with selective consent)
② The items of personal information collected are as follows.
- Upon Member Registration: Name, email (ID), password, mobile phone number, organization name
- At Time of Order: Recipient name, mobile phone number, shipping address, payment information (card company name, authorization number, etc. – provided that the original payment information is not retained)
- During Service Use: Access IP, device information, usage history, payment history
③ The retention and use period of personal information is as follows.
- Records related to contract withdrawal, payment, and supply of goods: 5 years
- Consumer complaint and dispute resolution records: 3 years
- Electronic financial transaction records: 5 years
- Website access logs: 3 months
- Immediately upon member withdrawal (provided that information subject to legal retention obligations shall be retained for the prescribed period)
Article 2 (Consent to Third Party Provision and Outsourcing of Personal Information)
① The Company shall not provide users' personal information to third parties in principle. However, when necessary to provide services, the Company outsources to service providers as follows.

② The Company stipulates and manages protective measures in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act when entering into outsourcing contracts.
Article 3 (Consent to Purchase and Payment Agency Service)
① The Company intermediates the conclusion of contracts between users and sellers (wholesale members) based on users' purchase requests and handles payment agency and shipping services.
② Member payments are processed through an electronic payment method designated by the Company, and orders are confirmed upon completion of payment.
③ All orders are notified to sellers on a per-institution contract basis, and the Company directly picks up and inspects products from the wholesale market, then sends them to members through an outsourced shipping format.
④ However, member rights as set forth in the "Electronic Commerce Act" and "Consumer Protection Act," such as withdrawal of offer, are guaranteed.
Article 4 (Confirmation of Purchase Conditions and Consent to Payment Processing)
① Shipping fees are notified at the time of order, and additional charges may incur for remote islands, overseas shipping, and other services in addition to basic shipping fees.
② After placing an order, the shipping address cannot be changed, and the member is responsible for errors in address entry.
③ Due to the nature of wholesale, product shortages may be frequent, and orders may be cancelled without separate notice in case of shortage.
④ The Company provides order, shipping, and stock status in real-time through Kakao Alimtalk or email after confirming payment and receipt of funds.
Article 5 (Exchange and Refund)
① Exchange and refund shall follow the "Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc."
② Exchange and refund are available in the following cases, and the shipping fees incurred in such cases shall be borne by the Company.
- When a product is shipped incorrectly in a manner different from the order details
- When a defect (defect, damage, etc.) in the product itself is confirmed
- When a product different from the order is shipped, such as color or size
③ Exchange and refund are available in the following cases; however, the member shall bear the round-trip shipping fees incurred in such cases.
- When due to the member's simple change of mind
- When due to other member circumstances
- Round-trip shipping fees include the free shipping benefit provided to the member at the time of product purchase, and the member must bear both the cost of returning the product to Namdo Market and the cost of receiving the product again after exchange and refund processing.
④ Exchange and refund may be restricted in the following cases.
- When more than 7 days have passed since receipt of the product (provided that this does not apply if the product has a defect)
- When the product cannot be resold due to damage caused by the member
- When the product value has significantly decreased over time
- When withdrawal of offer is restricted, such as for custom-made products
⑤ However, if applicable laws provide otherwise, such laws shall apply.
Article 6 (Other Matters)
① Matters not provided in these Terms of Service shall be governed by applicable laws and general commercial practices.
② The Company may modify or suspend part of the service when there are unavoidable reasons, and in such cases, the Company shall provide prior notice to members.
③ These Terms of Service become effective when the member agrees to them, and the Company shall post these Terms of Service on the service initial screen or linked screen.
